To use topically wash the desired area then apply thin layer of sea moss on your face or skin. Let dry for 10-15 min or longer. Wash with water then apply a good moisturizer. You can also use it as a hair mask.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
The texture will be a little looser upon arrival. You will keep your jars stored in the refrigerator.
Shelf life is about 4 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer (in freezer safe container).

CONSUMPTION
Two tablespoons in the morning or one tablespoon in the morning and one mid-day is suggested. Stay consistent and pay close attention to your body. Our bodies don’t function properly when dehydrated, so make sure to drink plenty of water as well!

One jar should last you 7-10 days of use if a minimum of 2 tablespoons a day is taken consistently.
