If I take an iodine supplement should I take sea moss?
Due to the already natural high levels of iodine you may not want to consume. You would need to replace your supplement with the gel if you so choose and your physician approves.
I am currently on blood thinners, should I consume sea moss?
Sea Moss functions as a natural thinner. You should NOT use Sea Moss.
Can I take Sea Moss while pregnant or breast feeding?
Sea moss has been safely used by pregnant and breastfeeding women for many years. It is highly beneficial in supporting the healthy production of the amniotic fluid as well as giving baby added nourishment in breast milk. We are not medical doctors and suggest speaking with your medical physician if you have questions or concerns related to taking sea moss while pregnant.
How long can I use one jar of sea moss?
Sea moss is good in the refrigerator for 4 weeks. It can also be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months in a freezer safe container. If your gel starts to mold discard.
